Ingredients for making Chicken Korma:

What you will need to marinate the chicken – 2023.
Chicken medium size pieces – 500gm
Mix roasted almonds and white sesame seeds together – 3/4 cup ( recipe )

Small cardamom – 2 t
Cloves – 2 t
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Whole pepper – 8-10
Bay leaves – 2 t
Oil – 5 tbsp
Whole raw chilli – 3-4 t

1. Clean and wash the chicken and take it in a bowl and mix it very well with almond-sesame batter, curd, ginger garlic batter, fried onion, chilli batter, lemon juice, turmeric, oil and salt. Now cover the pot well and keep it in the fridge to marinate for 4-5 hours.

2. After marinating for 4-5 hours, take the chicken out of the fridge half an hour before cooking.

How to cook :

1. Take a heavy bottomed pan and add oil. When the oil is hot and fragrant with cardamom, cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon, pepper, stir the marinated chicken in it very well for 1 minute. Add the whole chillies. Keep increasing the gas this time.

2. After 1 minute reduce the heat to low and cover. Remember we will not use water in this recipe.

3. After 15 minutes open the lid and shake once and cover again.

4. After 10 minutes open the lid again and shake the lid. You have to be careful – if the chicken catches in the pan, you have to shake the chicken earlier.

5. After 5 minutes when the oil starts to release from the chicken, give it another stir and cover it.

6. Turn off the gas when all the oil comes out of the chicken.
