NEWSKFM : Harvest Moon : During today’s Nintendo Direct the good ol’ GameCube got some love with the remake of Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life for the Nintendo Switch, now called Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life. Coming next summer.
While the original Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life was released for the GameCube in 2003, and only featured a male protagonist, the remake also featured a Wonderful Life female protagonist. Unlike many other Harvest Moon games, A Wonderful Life takes place over a period of time, where the characters (including the protagonist) age and the protagonist’s child grows up and chooses a career.
This new version appears largely faithful to the original, but with significant graphics and music upgrades from the GameCube version.
